Golden State’s Victory Is Dallas’ Meltdown

Golden State beat Dallas 111-86, to clinch the series 4-2. They are the only #8 seed to beat a #1 seed in a 7-game format. The Mavs imploded on this. Dirk, the “MVP”, couldn’t deliver when needed. Big ups to Nellie, Baron, Monta, Jackson, and all the Warriors.

What Philip Hughes Started, Mike Myers Blows

Yesterday, the Yankees’ highly touted rookie Philip Hughes had his game on against the Rangers. He had a no-hitter through the first six innings. In the 7th with one out, he injured his knee and had to leave the game because of tightness I guess. Mike Myers comes in and immediately blows it by giving up a hit to Hank Blalock. Why does all the pitcher injuries happen to the Yanks? Phil is gonna be out 4-6 weeks. Just what they need.

An Interview with Carl Crawford

This is my first post here, so I’m doing it right by interviewing Tampa Bay’s Carl Crawford. Enjoy.

Y3F7 – Hello. I am with Devil Rays superstar Carl Crawford. Carl, how are ya?

CC – I’m good. Thank you.

Y3F7 – First things first, how do you like the team so far?

CC – I like it. We have good talent. Delmon Young is our coveted rook, Al Reyes came out of nowhere and is saving some games, Ty Wigginton is evolving into a good hitter, and I’m me.

Y3F7 – Are you looking to get out of Tampa?

CC – I don’t want to. Yet. I like the core of players we have, but if I must, I’ll go.

Y3F7 – How’d it feel with that GS against the Yankees?

CC – It was awesome. It was my 1st ever grand slam. I love it.

Y3F7 – Do you believe the gyroball of Dice-K’s?

CC – No.

Y3F7 – Last one. Who will the Dolphins pick in the NFL Draft?

CC – It would good for them to choose Brady Quinn, even though I hate Notre Dame guys.

Y3F7 – Thanks Carl.

CC – No prob.
